Prior to class you need to stitch 6 strip sets of 6 strips each pieced together. When stitching your strips together alternate your stitching direction. This will help keep the fabric from twisting as the strips are pieced together. Please bring your usual bee/class supplies – machine, rotary cutters, seam rippers, cutting mat, etc.
This Reversible Table Runner uses: one (1) Jelly Roll of (40) 2-1/2” strips 5/8 yard additional fabric for the binding and perhaps the back.
The extra strips are pieced together with the remainders from your above strips sets to form the back of this easy to put together table runner.
If you’re feeling super ambitious, bring batting measuring 24” x 72” and I’ll demonstrate how you can easily quilt this on your machine!
