1-1201 Lemoyne Advanced II: Fussy Cut Lemoyne, Lemoynes as Triangles, and Blazing Lemoynes

Prerequesite: 1-601 Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star: Basic Construction
* Required tools: Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star and Quilter's Magic Wand *Required Technique Sheet: Fussy Cut Lemoynes, Lemoynes as Triangles, and Blazing Lemoynes *Required Design Sheet: Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star Variations II NOTE: the design sheet and the technique sheet will be available for purchase on class days

Basic Sewing Supplies: Sewing Machine in good working condition, bring power cords and manual Thread neutral Machine needles - replace with a new one prior to class Snips or trimming scissors Seam ripper
Basic Quilting Supplies: Rotary cutter with a sharp blade Marking Pencil - I recommend the Sewline mechanical pencil or the micron pigma marker size .01 Small cutting mat Straight edge ruler approx. 6" x 12" - I really recommend the 8 1/2" x 24 as you will be cutting WOF Invisigrip Best Press or light starch
Fabric Requirements:
For course 1-1201, we recommend the following yardage:
Lemoynes as Triangles pre-cutting instructions: (2) 2 1/2" x 22" strips for your star points (2) 3 3/4" x 22" strips for your background
Fussy Cut Lemoyne pre-cutting instructions: approx. 1/2 yard of a large print OR approx. 1/4 yard of a striped fabric (8) 3 3/4" background squares of fabric
Blazing Lemoyne Star pre-cutting instructions: (2) 1 1/2" x 22" Fabric A* (center ring) (1) 1 1/2" x 22" Fabric B* (inner point) (1) 1 1/2" x 22" Fabric C* (outer point) (8) 3 3/4" background squares of fabric
*Fabrics A, B, and C can coordinate, but you will want them to contrast to your background fabric
