The Nine Patch Square Up™ tool is the ultimate solution to creating perfect nine patches in 8 different sizes! Like all Studio 180 Design tools and processes, our instructions build blocks slightly oversized and then quickly and easily trim them to a perfect size.
Supplies:
Nine Patch Square Up tool from Studio 180 Design (we have at the shop)
Do Not forget to bring your instructions that come with your tool
Invisagrip
Sewing machine in good working condition (power cord and foot petal)
1/4” foot
neutral thread - wind one bobbin
flower head pins
seam ripper
Long ruler to cut strips and rotary cutter
any other basic sewing supplies you need
Fabric:
6” x 18” (or fat quarters if you wish)
5 DIFFERENT dark fabrics - these can be different colors or the same color wave
4 DIFFERENT light fabrics - these can be different colors or the same color wave
(so you will have 9 different fabrics and if you do not you will be shopping ???? truly, this is important for this class) |
